A concept store blending café and fashion retail combines the experience of enjoying high-quality coffee with shopping for fashion in a carefully designed environment. The space reflects a specific lifestyle, is an immersive experience. This dynamic approach responds to current consumer demand for multisensory experiences, fostering an emotional connection with the brand. Unlike traditional stores, a concept store for café and fashion enriches the shopping experience, making it memorable and adding value for customers who seek more than just products—they seek a lifestyle.
Mola is organized around the space's main feature: the bar. This element wraps around the existing structural pillar, integrating and transforming it into a cohesive, singular volume. Along the perimeter of the space, racks are arranged for displaying fashion items, while the central area is left open for circulation and the placement of tables, designed for enjoying coffee moments. With a strong industrial style, the existing concrete structure and the metallic elements of the railings and racks stand out. Meanwhile, the extension of yellow tiles and the wooden floor bring light and warmth, balancing the overall design. The result is a multifunctional space that seamlessly combines a café, fashion, design, and gastronomy in a refreshed setting, ideal for an open-minded and contemporary audience.
